Delivery and returns
How we deliver across Sri Lanka, and what to do if something isn't right.
Delivery
We deliver island-wide by courier. Delivery costs Rs 400 and is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Colombo deliveries take 1 to 2 working days; the rest of the island 2 to 4 working days.
The courier will call before delivery. If nobody is available after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery, or by bank transfer before dispatch. We send bank details when we confirm your order.
Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned unless they are faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items are made by bank transfer within 7 working days of the return reaching us. The original delivery fee is not refunded unless the error was ours.
